Driver Requirements

 

  • Class A CDL with Hazmat Endorsement

  • 25 years of age

  • 2 years of verifiable OTR

  • No drug or alcohol offenses in the past 3 years

  • No disqualifying crimes or felonies in the past 5 years

  • No more than 3 moving violations and no more than 2 preventable accidents in the past 3 years

  • Qualified applicants must have good safety and work record with a "satisfactory" work history. (No more than 5 jobs in 5 years)

  • Qualified Applicants must meet all DOT physical requirements

  • Orientation and Hazmat Training held in McAlester, Oklahoma

  • We require our drivers to wear a Triad uniform shirt and to maintain a clean and neat appearance. No beards or mustaches past the corners of the mouth and no hair longer than collar length.

  • $1.05 Per Mile + Fuel Surcharge (Average Jan. 2012 45 cents)

    • Contractor Requirements

  • Base Plate - Prorated over 12 months

  • A $2,500 escrow account balance which will be deducted from your checks at a rate of $200 per week for 12.5 weeks

  • Tractor cannot be more than seven years old

  • If a tractor is more than seven years old, it must be approved by the operations department
