Owner/Operators
- All dispatched miles paid at $1.05 per mile; after one year of service $1.10 per mile
Driver Qualification Requirements
- Class A CDL with Hazmat Endorsement
- 25 years of age
- 2 years verifiable OTR
- No drug or alcohol offenses in the past 3 years
- No disqualifying crimes or felonies in the past 5 years
- Clean MVR - No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years
- Qualified applicants must have good safety and work record with a "satisfactory" work history. (No more than 5 jobs within past 3 years)
- Qualified applicants must meet all DOT physical requirements
- Orientation and Hazmat Training held in McAlester, Oklahoma
- We require our drivers to wear a Triad uniform shirt and to maintain a clean and neat appearance. No beards or mustaches past the corners of the mouth and no hair longer than collar length.
